A highlight at the Interpack is the latest development of our form, fill and seal machine (FFS) LMS 124 to produce 240 stand-up pouches per minute for 100 ml filling and with center spout. At this machine we demonstrate our new dosing system which was developed for the filling of liquid and viscose products like juice, yoghurt drinks or fruit puree into pouches. Also we show our new operating surface via visualization and the latest SN sm@rt-check technology to check the fitments and sealing quality.

The FM 300 is built to form, fill and seal stand-up pouches with shredded cheese. 225 pouches per minute is the benchmark at the show. As well you will see how a zipper profile is integrated online. Furthermore you will see the SN philosophy how to make format changes faster and saver.

Our new FM 060 combines proven technology and the latest state of the art in pouch production. Already as a basic model this machine offers a wide format range for small budget. The premium version offers a great choice from possible equipment and dosing systems. All can be combined to find the best solution for your application. The FM 060 is the perfect machine for your market entry with medium volumes up to 240 pouches per minute.

Also you can see a further FFS machine in duplex application, our FS model for pre-made pouches and the SN vertical FFS machine with several dosing systems for germ proof packaging of seeds.
