Groundbreaking packaging for fresh sauces (liquid food)
Our HFFS (horizontal form fill & seal) bag-packing machine FBM 20, which can produce 100-120 stand-up bags per minute, offers a groundbreaking concept for the cold and hot filling of fresh sauces in bags.
Our innovations lead to prolonging the shelf life of sensitive goods through the optimization of sterility in the packaging. Through the irradiation of the bag film with UV light before the filling process, the innovative SN solution achieves an almost 100 percent sterilization. The bottling of fresh sauces occurs in intermittently operating rotary machines via CIP-capable pumps, which are easy to clean without disassembly (Cleaning in Place). By means of electromagnetic flowmeters, the sauces are dispensed with extreme precision. Our innovations in the field of filling valves ensure that even at high production speeds, spilling over or splashing effects are prevented. As a result, no volume is lost.
For all our machines, a recipe management system is installed. This makes it possible to switch very quickly between different filling products, without leading to the intermixing of different product components. Furthermore, the FBM 20 has a high degree of flexibility in terms of bag formats. In addition, it is extremely space-saving, due to its efficient design.
Steady progress in sauce packaging
Our bag packaging machines FBM 20 and FBM 22 are now available in five different models (simplex and duplex versions), which are each tuned to the individual specifications of the customer. The buyer can choose between different variations regarding bag dimensions and the level of productivity in terms of bags. The machines can be supplied with various useful tools, such as ultrasonic sealing technology, resealing systems or nitrogen fumigation. With our innovative technology, no customer wish is left unfulfilled. Become informed or make an appointment with one of our sales specialists on site!
