High Speed Counter EZG 1 / HZG
The electronically controlled individual grain counting device EZG 1 has been developed by SN Maschinenbau for the seed industry to count cucumber seeds, tomato seeds, etc. The unit can also be used for small parts, such as screws or nuts.
- The grain size can vary between 0.3 and 10 mm or from 0.8 to 20 mm, depending on the configuration
- During manual use, the counting unit can count in a container specified by the customer. The unit is usually synchronized most effectively with our packaging machines.
- In order to fully benefit from the packaging machine, up to 3 individual devices are grouped to a high-performance system HZG
- The loading of the individual devices is performed manually. Optionally, an automatic feeding of 3 individual units is available.
- The settings are made on a separate control unit, which is connected by cable to the counting units
