LBV 20 / LBV 050 (special machines for manufacturing of aerosol pouches)
The LBV 20 LBV and 050 are intermittently operating rotary machines for manufacturing and assembling of aerosol pouches (Bag-On-Valve). From a roll stock these packaging machines produce high-strength pouches which are equipped with special fitments in a fully automatically mode. Also the assembling of the fitments made of many single components can be done fully automated on these machines. On a cycled rotary chain runner all ready pouches get pressure and vacuum tested and wrapped together for easy further processing.
